Inventory Management -Conducting Sell through analysis -Managing leftover raw material, repackaging, re offering and dormancy control Team Management -Set goals and identify skill gaps of the team· -Resolve conflicts, if any among the various interfaces -Coaching and mentoring of team members -Team motivation Report to: Superintendent
