Job description

We are hiring Institutional /Tender Department Manager & E-Commerce Manager for India's top Garments Manufacturing Company.
1) Institutional /Tender Department Manager - Thane
- Responsible for handling existing clients and generating new business in Govt /Institutional Sector
- Source tender from private and government portals
- Upload all necessary documents on the portal for technical and price bids
- Visit Government and Private company offices as required to understand their pest control requirements and educate them of latest trends (innovation) which will help RPCI have better probability of winning the bids
- Analyse tenders sourced, quoted, won, etc and work out plans to improve on all these parameters
- Responsible for sourcing , documentation and bidding for new tenders for our specific products
- Responsible for handling existing clients and generating new business in Govt /Institutional Sector
- Responsible for registering/onboarding our brand on relevant Govt departments/Platforms and generating Inquiries/Demand for the same
- Should have good interpersonal skills of Liasioning with various Govt departments and Agencies
- Support Government and Private agencies where required to frame guidelines for technical bid which will help them shortlist the best service provider
- Minimum 5-8 yrs experience in working independently with Govt Department/PSU's / Tender based procurement
2) E-Commerce Manager - Thane/Bhiwandi
Profile - E-Commerce Manager
Roles & Responsibility
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Employee, Digital and Ecommerce to lead our Ecommerce and Digital Business in India.
- Will be involved in developing and implementing the strategic Ecommerce marketing plan for Company.
- Work with teams to manage all aspects of Ecommerce business including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, online marketing, website design, analytics, customer service and web technologies.
- Optimize the user experience on the website including navigation, content development, promotional campaigns
- Monitor in depth the paid marketing campaigns and liaise with the hired agency on a daily basis, to ensure highest possible ROAS.
- Optimize projections of stock and inventory across company website and marketplace, to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory build ups.
- Build and lead bottom-to-top different cross-functional teams as required, to effectively drive execution and performance.
- Identify, create and channelize new areas of opportunities in ecommerce sales, currently not in the realm of organization.
- Data driven approach and very strong knowledge of Google analytics, FB analytics analyze data to tap new opportunities for increase in sale through customer retention and acquisition. Ability to turn analysis into actionable marketing plans
- Manage team and monitor the daily operations, process execution, daily sales,
- production and other operational performance standards
- Responsible for planning and forecasting for production, orders and dispatches
- Manage team coordination for execution of production, orders and dispatch of goods Objectives
- We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial marketer to join us and take our digital acquisitions to the next level.
- An analytical thinker with advanced knowledge of digital acquisition who is data-driven with a can-do attitude.
- Key deliverables - Lead our performance-based marketing activities ( including but not limited to SEM, SEO, Social, Display, Affiliates and aggregators)
- Build and scale channels like Media partnerships, Referral platform across all products - Ownership of end-to-end funnel management of Digital Acquisitions - Top, middle and bottom to drive efficiency and scale. - Develop strategies, programs and action plans that will drive largescale improvement.
- Build a culture of data driven insights decisions based on lift tests to optimize channel-Mix, CPA, ROI and budgets.
- Lead the relationship and engagement with performance media agencies on delivery against KPIs
- Lead & Optimize the entire digital prospect journey optimization in partnership with Product, tech and CI teams.
- Own analytics, measurement, budgets, reporting for the vertical, monitoring performance against targets with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor internal and external digital trends and technologies to continually improve the program and maintain competitive advantage
