After working as head designer at a design house, Sasha went on to join high street fashion brand, Topshop in London. Kaabia went to the Gemological Institute of America, New York to pursue her interest in gemology after which she interned with jewellery designer Eddie Borgo.

In the span of 4 years - Outhouse has had 3 shows at Lakme Fashion Week, numerous exhibits, participated at entrepreneurial summits, won the Vogue Fashion Fund in 2015 and been featured in the Forbes India 30 under 30 list in 2016. Today, Outhouse is one of India’s leading bridge jewellery houses; adorned by style icons and film stars like Sonam Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Kangana Ranaut, Nargis Fakri as well as global names like Sienna Miller, Ashley Louis James & Tyra Banks.

Quality & Luxury are the core attributes of the Outhouse brand - from the finishing of the hand crafted pieces, to the beautiful pink packaging box that a customer receives, to the shopping experience at their flagship stores in Delhi and Bangalore.

Job description

- Generate sales and handling VIP customers when on the floor
- Coming up with suggestions and recommendations for in-store merchandising, customer service approach and other areas to improve the business
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly quarterly, yearly sales, KPI and other communicated reports
- In-charge of stock count, control and proper record of all stock movements and inventory
- Ensure consistency in customer service by all associates based on established SOPs
- Handling after sales queries and complaints
- Identify customer potential needs and use initiatives to meet those needs
- Maintaining current customer data base and building relations with new clients
- Coordinate with the head office team regarding alterations, new launches, in-store events and activities, brand updates and additional info/trainings on the collections if/when required
- Manage any required permits and approvals with the mall’s management
- Maintaining high standards of Visual Merchandising (display, stock rotations, cleanliness) and ensure presentation standards are met as per brand’s visual merchandising guidelines
- Ensure grooming standards of all sales associates are met
- Providing on-job trainings to the team members
- Ensure strong communication between the associates and transfer of all important information within the team
- Engage associates in the tasks and delegate the responsibilities within the team
- Strong in Business development skills and plan marketing activities for store


Store/Boutique Manager with the luxury background and previous experience in a similar role to manage our boutique and associates and by implementing knowledge and experience and the unique vision of our brand to ensure reaching the set sales target, manage the manpower, provide outstanding customer service, manage the stock and report accordingly and strong business development and marketing skills
