Mission & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the management of the section (ladies, men and kids) to get the best sales records guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your main duties will be:
-Customer Service Management
Organising returns, orders and reservations. Dealing tactfully with complaints. Contacting with more customers. Getting feedback from customers. Reacting to any changes in customer demands.
Ordering and organising orders in sufficient quantities to guarantee customer satisfaction and enough sales stock. Organisation of merchandise in the store and stockroom (placing of alarm tags, controlling and counting merchandise, defining priorities for outgoing merchandise. Organise garments received in the stockroom according to company's criteria. Regularly inform Commercial direction and Product Management about the acceptance of the garments in the store, customer requests and feedback etc. Organise periods of sales and and stock control (inventories).
Making sure the store image is maintained. Window display, staff image (uniforms), furniture and other decorations. Coordination/merchandise criteria: organising work with staff according to photographic details. Changing the distribution of garments according to sales.
Organising rotas and leaves. Managing and motivating staff. Building up a healthy culture by fostering organisational values and maintain discipline in the store. Impart training to the store staff and equip them with the skills to understand and fulfil customer needs. Identifying and developing potential employees. Supervise and maintain a good relation with third parties working at the store such as housekeeping and guards.
-Control of installations
Correct operation of air conditioning, security and fire alarms, opening and closing the store, physical inventory and stock control.

Preferable: Post graduate (Retail Management)
Experience as store manager in retail and fast fashion is preferable
