Job description

Roles and responsibilities About our company:
Oleum Cottage is a 2 year old brand of organic skincare. Our first branch is in Powai, and second in Bandra. Were now in expansion mode through offline and online channels.

We are looking to hire people who are eager to learn, have a cheerful disposition and an inclination towards naturopathy, natural skincare, yoga and/or alternate healing therapies. Since were still a new company, an entrepreneurial mindset will be highly relevant for this position.

Cottage Partner/Store and Marketing Manager:

Objective of the Job: To handle end to end management of the store and maximize sales for Oleum Cottage.

Role Description:

Drive store sales: Be the point of contact for all customers. Engage customers in OC products and upsell

Inventory Management: Keep a check on the product inventory and ingredient inventory at the store. Keep checking the product samples regularly and refill when needed

Order Booking: Keep a record on all the orders received and new customers in the respective sheets

Courier Logistics: Manage the local and national courier dispatches. Ensure delivery is done on time and tracking numbers shared with customers on time.

Store events: Plan, strategize and implement in store events to attract new customer and drive sales

Exhibition Management: Manage exhibitions and Pop-ups within Mumbai to

Incharge of Freshly made corner at OC. Making lotions/Crmes as per the given formulation and give out to customers. An aromatherapy course will be an essential part of training.

Expense and Cash Management: Managing end to end store and cash expenses and keeping a record of the same.

Statutory Compliance: File all legal paperwork for the store / company.

Customer Service: Being the single point of contact for customers who come to the store, and selling/upselling/answering queries/getting feedback through phone/whatsapp.

A Store Manager at OC, needs to have a positive outlook all the time. Keep smiling and keep the vibe alive at the store! We need a calm, charming and positive person who loves knowing people and talking them.
