Drive Teamsport Sales - Cricket, Football and Indoor for Puma India cross the Sales channels- Associations, Academy, MBO, Military,
Alliances, Retail, Online, LFR, SIS
Liaison with Marketing team to build visibility and eventually revenue
Plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets
The goal is to build a sustainable Teamsport business to achieve short term and long-term goals by:
Explore & Maximise Business Potential across Puma's Sales channels Achievement of sales targets through effective planning and budgeting. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Leverage Teamsport Product line to achieve goals Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and brand goalsObjectives:1- Achievement of sales target for Teamsport - Cricket, Football and Indoor. Grow Teamsport contribution in business
2- Explore Product Categories to maximise business across channels - Including Local Sourcing
3- Maximise all business segments - Cricket, Football, Teamwear, Replicas, Indoor across all channels like MBO/KA/SIS/EBO/FOC/Online/Clubs/Academies/Ranji/ Schools
4-Tie-up with On-ground coaching & mentoring academies- Build grassroot Brand Loyalty
5- Build Replica Business - Tie up with MCFC, Mumbai FC, BFC Explore Bulk Order/ Customisation opportunities from Sports Authorities
6- Build Military business for Teamsport
7- Maximise Player association opportunity like Neymar Jr, Virat Kohli, etc
8- Work closely with Merchandising to select the most effective product range for the market
9- Work closely with Marketing for effective activations and on pitch visibility 10- Partnering with Marketing to Plan and monitor Campaigns and leverage all marketing assets
11- Identify opportunities for brand integration with strategic alliance partners 12- Working with product, training, Visual Merchandising , marketing, logistics teams from other departments to ensure that the right product is available at the right time and all client needs met
13- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
14- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
15- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.
16- Own the P/L for the given accounts
1- Experience in Teamsport Sales - Good market connections with distributors & Associations/ Academies/ Clubs
2- Working knowledge of Teamsport Products
3- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
4- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization5- Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
