Job description
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Responsible for overall sales/revenue targets,business profitability and service quality
- Develop and standardize PUP and SIS models for doctors sales channel
- Manage the relationships with doctors and ensure superior service levels and prompt resolution of any requirements/issues
- Team building including recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring for regions sales team
- Set and monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts) for the sales team
- Motivate sales teams and drive rewards and recognition programmes for the region
- Enable the sales team to identify prospective customers, doctors, clinics within specified areas/ territory
- Manage daily planning for sales visits, track and monitor outcomes of visits, ensure documentation and data updation of all transactions, relationships and visits
- Coordinate with the corporate office and provide timely MIS and data to management thus facilitating sales analysis
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks in the region
- Manage the regions marketing budget and activities
- Ensure seamless handshake between sales and operations for fulfillment of orders; monitor and track service levels (TAT, complaint resolution etc.)
- Support brand building activities in the region for Tata 1mg labs
Note - Proven team management and sales experience of 7-8 years in Pathology/
Diagnostics/Healthcare Industry required for this role.
