Job description

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires in-depth knowledge of jewellery and diamonds, excellent sales techniques, and the ability to provide personalized service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate jewellery and diamond products.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, including gemstones, precious metals, and design details.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and collections.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product. knowledge and sales skills.
Educate customers on product care and maintenance.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and personalized service.
Maintain a client database and update it regularly with customer information and purchase history.
Engage with clients through various channels, including in-store, phone, and email.
Store Operations:
Assist in the display and arrangement of jewellery and diamond pieces to enhance the stores visual appeal.
Participate in stock-taking and inventory management.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Marketing and Promotions:
Support promotional activities and events to drive traffic and sales.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
Compliance and Security:
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Ensure the security of merchandise and handle all transactions with utmost confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the jewellery and diamond industry.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Conditions:
