5) Tracking competition with regard to each of the key accounts.
6) To monitor sales performance of sales team at respective regions/areas according to their sales targets & to motivate them by giving incentives based on their sales achievements
7) To replenish stock at distributors & key accounts.
8) To forecast upcoming changes in the region and its effects on sales.
9) Taking initiative and opportunity to identify, and create new key accounts.
