We are available in prominent Modern Trade chains like Big Bazaar, Spencers, DMart, ABRL Group, Reliance Fresh, More, Booker Wholesale, Star Bazaar, Metro Cash and Carry and other local Modern Trade Giants. We are also available in Western Railway, Central Railway, IRCTC and various Caterers across the country.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Implementing Dealer Sales Policy & strategies and making them viable.
- Responsible for taking part in managing short-term and long term strategies that will ensure the growth and profitability of the company.
- Setting up new and handling existing Super Stockiest and Distributors.
- Handling a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, Sales Officers and Sales Representatives.
- Need to travel to different locations to develop sales team.
- Prepare action plans on individual as well as team basis for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Responsible for development of action plans to penetrate into new markets.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Responsible for accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Team.
- Responsible for the Region's forecasting and sales tracking.
- Assist Sales Team in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Control on expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
- Implementation of promotions and marketing activities.

- Must have Area Exposure in handling Entire East India

Key Skills Required:
- Qualification: MBA (Marketing)
- Experience: 10- 20Yrs (Experienced candidates only apply)
