Job description

Job Description
Hyundai Welding is looking to hire self-motivated and competent Sales Managers for their India office. This position is accountable for the successful development and management of a sales region involving direct sales responsibility. He/she will report to Hyundai Welding HQ in Korea.
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in welding industry
- Designation: Regional Manager / Area Manager
- Location: 1) Gujarat 2) Andra Pradesh, Telangana 3) Jharkhand, West Bengal (+Bangalesh) 4) Chhattisgarh, Odisha 5) Madhya Pradesh 6) Uttar Pradesh
*The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing clients in the regions stated above. He/she should preferably have a good understanding of the culture of the region, already live there, or be willing to relocate to the region.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new end-users and distributors for welding consumables and equipment
- Manage and grow key accounts, while maintaining good rapport and strong relationships with customers
- Monitor market and competitor activity to provide feedback to management
- Ability to travel up to 80% of working hours, including overnight travels
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong knowledge of the welding consumable market and metallurgy
- Hands-on experience in sales field and actively developing new customers
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work alone as well as in a team
- Key account management skills
