Job Summary:

The Receptionist at Samarth Jewellery Limited's Gandhinagar showroom is responsible for providing a welcoming environment for customers and guiding them to the appropriate service counters. The ideal candidate will be a smart, well-presented individual with excellent communication skills. This role requires immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Greeting:
Welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom.
Ensure customers feel comfortable and attended to promptly.
Guidance and Assistance:
Direct customers to the appropriate counters based on their needs.
Provide basic information about the showroom layout and services offered.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries courteously and efficiently.
Handle any immediate issues or direct them to the. relevant staff member.
Reception Management:
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
Manage the customer flow to avoid congestion at the entrance.
Administrative Support:
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Friendly and approachable personality.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
Fluency in local language(s) and English.

Working Conditions:
Full-time position with immediate joining.
Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Primarily indoor work environment at the showroom.
