We have an urgent requirement as National sales Manager for a Reputed Organization in the field of Textile /Garments
- Overall in charge of operations in respect to sales and marketing for sales and distribution vertical in National level
- Responsible & accountable for achievement of annual sales budget .
- State wise budget determination and assignment at product category level, SKU level (volumetric) and value level- by taking into consideration the growth component on LY figures at all levels(primary & Secondary).
- Distributor wise wise budget planning at SKU level for all product category after factoring in growth component.
- Monitering & Productivity analysis of sales force in terms of secondary achievement and to indicate and correct gap areas.
- Representation in potential unrepresented markets .
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly assessment of budget vs achievement across SKU level/product category level/dealer level & zone level-thereby to locate non-performing areas and ensure immediate corrective measures.
- Inventory management at the primary and secondary level.
- Receive able management- to deliver within the framework of co's credit policy/ maximum conversion of dealers under CD policy thereby to ensure healthy working capital management.
- Regular review of execution as per business plan.
- Viable forecasting of market dynamics and incorporating strategic measures to tackle adverse market situation
- Secondary sales tracking for all distributors on mandatory basis to determine inflow of effective stocks.
