To account for the complete sales accounts of Trade, Key accounts & expenses and investments in CAPEX. To ensure the correctness in pricing, billing, discounts, timely collection process, expenses reimbursements. To ensure timely submission of MIS reports to the management for the decision and forecasting. To ensure the auditing (internal, statutory, system, revenue) completion on time as per the policy and relevant statutory norms.
Key Result Areas
Trade Account Payable Management & Capex handling
Ensuring correct monitoring, accounting, and timely banking of Receivables as per due dates
Ensuring correct monitoring, accounting, and remittance of Discounts, Commission, Incentives and Reimbursements - Within 3 days of the approved requisition
Ensuring full control over Licence / Consignment / Clearance Sale transactions - by 3nd working day of subsequent month.
Ensuring completion of Capex Accounting in the correct manner and maintaining proper and correct FAR - By 28th working day of the month.
Timely Closure of Monthly Accounts & Compliance.
Handling external vendors , clients efficiently
Responding and providing solution to Customer queries - With in committed time line
Ensuring correct reports are sent to to MDPs, Customers, and Distributors .
Ensure periodical reconciliation
Timeliness of Confirmations from customers - Confirmation of balance needs to be sent twice in a year, i.e. either Sep and Mar, or June and Dec
Handling Backend MIS
CWIP (including Advance) Management and Control - thru Ageing, spend tracking and ensuring that the capitalisation is done in the defined timelines - By 28th of every month
Creation and correct maintenance of Customer Master - Creation / modification of the customer master within 3 days from the date of receipt of requisition.
Adhering to the Credit Limits in respect to the customers - By Q1 FY12
Adherence to Process
Web hosting of customer accounts details - View Access to Customers
Testing of current processes and evaluating new or improved processes for better efficiency by eliminating bottlenecks in the current processes .
Team Career management
Training and development of Team members and equip them to take up higher responsibilities
Rotation of Team member's job roles and System of compulsory job rotation every 24 to 36 months in a phased manner.
