Job description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role would be part of the team driving the adidas eCommerce business in Asia Pacific by creating best in class premium shopping experiences on adidas owned digital platforms. The person will have the opportunity to drive product launch and content management across all digital platforms within Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of content topcis across digital touchpoints
  • Constantly review the accuracy of our product content and its process and coordinate improvements to the product content blueprint on .com, with a 3rd party and with markets with the aim of increasing coverage, improving quality and increasing speed to list in the most optimal manner
  • Expand/Revise the current product content process to support new projects
  • Support and align markdowns, pdp-callouts & in-season article launch dates across Asia Pacific accurately and in the most efficient manner
  • Support the content creation process across .com and 3rd party ecom businesses
  • Monitoring Dot Com Article Count Numbers to ensure content is correctly updated
  • Identify and solve issues with product presentation on the site or within the product systems in a fast and solution-oriented manner (RID/RRP/any other PIM attribute including campaigns)
  • Work in an organized and structured manner that allows for the flexibility to manage ad hoc tasks and requests that could range from providing status updates on product launches and online readiness to last minute campaign changes
  • Work closely with the markets to ensure that they are following a standardized template to upload content
  • Expand/Develop process to ensure content standardization across marketplaces
  • Work closely with the relevant stakeholders on the range to be sold on marketplaces (Segmentation)
  • Schedule for products to appear onsite (or taken down from site) accurately based on campaign guidelines

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent PC & system knowledge, especially Excel
  • Experience with content management system mandatory
  • Good planning, organizing, project management skills
  • Result driven personality
  • Great attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business/Marketing Management
  • >5 year experience in an eCommerce environment
