Our company was incorporated and has ever since been focused on Ready-To-Serve (RTS) beverages. Initially the company undertook contract manufacturing of Bisleri and Orangina (a product of Orangina Schweppes-France, now under the Japanese conglomerate Suntory)
In 2008, Xotik Jeeru, an apple-based jeera masala drink was launched which emerged as a flagship product of the company.
Jeeru is currently available in pack sizes of 150ml, 200ml, 300ml, 500ml, 1ltr, 2 ltr and Diet Jeeru 330ml in PET bottles and in a 250ml Slim can. Very recently we have launched Divian Bubbles (300ml and 1ltr), Divian Nimbu Fresh (350ml and 1.25ltr) and Divian Delight Cups (Mango, Green Apple, Nimbu Fresh, Rose, Litchi, Mixed Fruit & Guava)- 200ml as well.
Our products have been placed at over 1,00,000 General Trade outlets, Pan India. We are also available at most of the major Modern trade chains across the country- Big/Food Bazaar, DMart, Reliance Retail, Aditya Birla Retail (More stores), and Spencers, to name a few, and across all Railway Stations in Northern, Central & Western Railway networks. Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Manpower Managementa. To assess and divide targets by brand / by SKU to the relevant market and the sales team
b. Assessment of impact of sales schemes and recommendation of appropriate trade scheme for the area
c. Appointment of optimum distributors in the territories using Detailed Profit & Loss benchmarking
d. Training & Development of the team by self or recommending external
e. To ensure use and utilization of M Sell by the team
- Distributor Managementa. Visit distributors as per laid down frequency
b. Physical checking of stock
c. Implement DMS at SS and DB level as per the plan of AOP
- Super Stockiest Managementa. Visit all Super stockiest every month and assess business position
i. Plan vs Achievement
ii. SKU wise contribution of sale
iii. Review of joint business plan (District expansion, depth & width of district etc.
b. Check financial health of Super Stockiest
c. Ensuring freshness of the stock
- Market Worka. Contact RO & ARM at stipulated frequency and minimum working accepted is 20 calls
b. Evaluate and train RO & ARM in their work
c. Give written feedback in quantitative objective (feedback must be signed with date & time)
- Sales Managementa. Ensuring SKU wise sale of the Zone
b. Ensuring Average Realization of the Zone is achieved
c. Coordinating, with backend MIS and Accounts if required, Generating load demand plan with SCM team on daily basis
d. Area Realignments, monitoring growth of the areas
e. Evaluation of market potential and recommendation of objective (target) basis market size & market share (BCG Matrix)
f. Tracking of competition and evaluating trade scheme; both in terms of absolute and relative success
g. Ensure all Company strategies are implemented and followed by the entire Sales System
h. Implement best practices by creating golden roots
Preferred candidate profile
- Post Graduate (Sales & Marketing related specialization)
- 3-5 years of experience at Supervisory Level in reputed FMCG organization
- Well versed with Multiple Districts (handled multiple Districts)
- Able to analyze and present reports of Primary & Secondary sales SS / DB wise
- Proficient in Reading, Writing & Speaking in English and Vernacular / Local language
