•Total of at least 10 years 'experience and a minimum of 5 years in a Management position
•5 – 7 years’ experience in the cosmetics industry, with strong experience in sales & marketing
•University graduate in business or MBA
•Fluent in English

Profile

  • Manage the local market activities: Design, implement & execute marketing plans; Design, implement and execute an ambitious retail and whole sales strategy
  • Recruit & manage a strong team to build & execute plans to accelerate the retail and whole sales growth of the brand in market
  • Identify, negotiate & secure excellent standalone retail locations in line with the brand image & strategy to expand the brand’s network in a profitable manner
  • Establish solid financial (profitable) management through close collaborations with Dealer and distributor.
  • Implement policies and guidelines for smooth functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like dealers, distributors and stockiest in assigned region
  • Can create his own team and trained them for the market

  • Exceed established 3-year plan’s objectives
Elaborate & deliver ambitious budgets & budget revisions which optimize resource utilization
