Coordination with Partners for product details
Building & using Partners schemes & program to increase sales
Effecting primary & secondary sales growth per POS
Conducting trade shows and bookings
Timely updation of sales
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Suggest actions to improve performance and identify opportunities for
Customer Relationship Management
Manage the day to day servicing of SIS Partners.
Building good relations with the existing clients
Conducting regular T&D activities in the channel
Arrange for range previews with Partners.
Increase penetrations in no of counters per account
Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
Business Development & Expansion
Find new key Accounts.
Develop distribution & Trade channel
Find new POS for growth in the Region via SIS Model.
Develop Distribution & Trade Channels.
Develop Channel for upcoming
Increase penetration in no of counters per account.
Introduction of new categories.
Building & validating ROI & proposals of all the Partners.
Optimizing space existing doors with Partners.
Creating the Master contract for any new Tie-up / Relationship in alternate
channels of growth. This should include terms of relationship, pricing,
scale up terms.
Develop channels for upcoming initiatives.
Ensure onboarding of all new partners with registration formalities, KYC
etc., MOU, LOI.
Financial health check of each partner as per business plan
Timely collection of payments from all partners & manage ageing
Timely reconciliation of accounts with the partners with ledgers, C Forms.
Agreements & MOUs with partners.
Arranging all commercials documents like security deposits, cheque etc.
Review of Partners performance timely.
Renegotiate commercials for non-performing doors.
Effective Management of inventory levels at each POS level, catalogue for
Regular audit & control of the channel
Manage ageing & liquidation of inventory.
Effecting demand forecasting & stock quantity budgeting
Effectively leveraging MDQ, MSQ & help bridge gap between racking capacities.
Timely review of stocks
Coordinating with logistics team for effective supply.
New store launches along with Key Accounts Partners.
Product placement in Key Accounts & Partner Shoots.
Leveraging Partner Social Media handling
Candidate must possess fashion & retail experience.
Key account handling experience is must.
