Job description
- Develop & Monitor Production planning systems, processes and Control
- Ensure efficient and economical manufacturing of all the product verticals in conformance with established goals and objectives,
- Ensure proper supply chain Management, Capacity Planning, Process Audit, Organizational Budgeting
- Planning, Organizing and utilizing the organizational resources to ensure achievement of the goals & objectives.
- Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards,
- Review on daily basis production scheduled for manufacturing & ensure inventory levels are met, while operating at the highest efficiency possible
- Ensure robust preventative maintenance mechanisms/programs are being followed at the plant and propose for changes and modifications for replacement when necessary,
- Implement corrective/preventive measure to ensure the maximum up time/output for the Plant and to ensure minimum production breakages / wastage and downtime.
- Train and develop subordinates to enhance teamwork, multi skill and improve overall productivity / quality / safety/ technical knowledge
Experience: 14 yrs to 20 yrs
Education: BE / Diploma in Plastic Technology/ Production/ Mechanical
Location: Bhilad ( Umbergaon, Vapi Valsad , Gujarat )
