Job description

i.To convert as many walks ins as possible into a sale
ii.Build a strong database of customers with information of their preferences
iii.Give inputs to design department of customer expectations and preferences
iv.Anticipate and reorder styles that are hot selling
v.Delight customers with out of the way and personalised service
vi.Reports (daily sales summary, customers data file, updated stock)
vii.To handle Cash
viii.To take care of Billing, Payment by cash / card
ix.To identify duplicate note / currency
x.To Co-ordinate with Bank for Cash Deposit &cash pickup
xi.To keep track with Gift Vouchers, Discount schemes
xii.To Co-ordinate with factory for stock
xiii.To keep record of inward and outward of garments and moving and non moving garments.
xiv.Plan mini events in store to increase awareness and walk ins.
Desired candidate should have positive attitude, excellent communication skill, a passion for fashion and love dealing with people
