Job description

A passionate and hardworking textile designer, Anuradha Ramam has been in the fashion line for over fifteen years now. Starting in 2003 from her small home in Munirka, her interest in fashion and textiles has now made her the proud owner of two major stores in Delhi. Her retail outlet is located in Meherchand market. Now looking to take her business online, Anuradha requires someone who can help maintain, drive traffic and market her website and social media.

Profile

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
 Conceptualize and execute promotions and marketing campaigns
 Measure, analyze and evaluate ecommerce effectiveness to improve user experience and profitability
 Optimize web page copy, metadata, titles, descriptions, and alt tags, for SEO to increase rankings and traffic
 Help fulfill orders on online store
 Work collaboratively to enhance product pages with video content, additional product specs, alternate images, and user-generated content
 Complete management of product inventory
 Manage content and/or create content for products and assist with content for email blasts and social media
 Review and edit new and existing product descriptions
 Respond promptly to customer queries regarding products across platforms
 Make recommendations for purchasing and marketing for product and content development
 Report operational/technical issues and resolve these issues
 Create banners, images, promotional campaigns and marketing plan
 Monitor key performance indicators on the website, report findings, and make recommendations for improvement
 Monitor, evaluate and work to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement
 Perform other related duties as assigned

Specific needs

Additional Skills:
 Understand disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (email marketing through MailChimp)
 Competent in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
 Creative writing
 Moderate ability to use Adobe Creative Suite
 Experience working with ecommerce software (Shopify or similar)
 Ability to travel to vendor showroom and trade shows
 Ability to develop complete knowledge about the product and the market
 Enthusiasm and collaborative spirit
