A passion for jewellery and desire for the unorthodox is what brought sisters Kaabia and Sasha Grewal together to launch Outhouse in 2012. Guided by a sophisticated yet dramatic sensibility, the duo combine unique elements with inventive design to create their collections. Kaabia and Sasha developed a love for jewellery at a young age, and grew up to pursue the same with degrees in jewellery design and manufacturing from the Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery.
After working as head designer at a design house, Sasha went on to join high street fashion brand, Topshop in London. Kaabia went to the Gemological Institute of America, New York to pursue her interest in gemology after which she interned with jewellery designer Eddie Borgo.
In the span of 4 years - Outhouse has had 3 shows at Lakme Fashion Week, numerous exhibits, participated at entrepreneurial summits, won the Vogue Fashion Fund in 2015 and been featured in the Forbes India 30 under 30 list in 2016. Today, Outhouse is one of India’s leading bridge jewellery houses; adorned by style icons and film stars like Sonam Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Kangana Ranaut, Nargis Fakri as well as global names like Sienna Miller, Ashley Louis James & Tyra Banks.

1.Strategy for E-Commerce: Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improvise website performance.
2.1Introduce new visitors to the latest product lines offered by the company using website and phone.
2.2Solve various types of queries asked by visitors using website chat and phone.
2.3Customer relationship Management.
3.1 Interact with Customers using Website Chat, Phone for conversion of Sale Leeds into Sale Orders and other customer queries.
4.Post Sales Conversion:
4.1Manage Sales Order Processing
4.2Manage advance Payments Received
4.3Review and Tally Sales Orders received
4.4Issuance of Tax Invoices during physical supply of Sales Orders to Customers.
4.5Ensure that the various types of data at the backend of the website like data related to Sales, Marketing, Shipping and Accounts is accurate and up to date.
4.6Maximize Conversion of Visitors on the Website into Sales Order
Leverage sales data, web data (Google Analytics) and A/B testing to understand consumer shopping behavior and optimize sales and buys
Champion personalization throughout the site experience, defining and driving the execution of personalized product recommendations and promotions that increase conversion and extend customer life-cycle
7.Campaigns & Promotions Initiatives:
7.1Forecast, plan, implement and analyze promotions for key events seasonally, to maximize sales and site traffic.
7.2Select products to highlight in marketing campaigns & initiatives; collaborate with ecommerce Marketing and Product teams to plan promotional calendar
End to end website management from technology integration to sales to marketing. Manage daily updates and operations related to usability of sites (article configuration, product categorization, search and navigation filters, product classification and visual merchandising)
9.Visual Merchandising –
9.1Lead product merchandising across the site, including the home page, landing pages, and product catalogue; responsible for visually merchandising key pages on the site.
9.2Identify revenue and brand opportunists on product end and exclusives and provide feedback loop to buyers and merchants around what is selling, not selling and input on product assortment.
