Job description

We are hiring Key Account Manager(Category/Buyer) & Senior Manager-Corporate /Institutional Sales for India's top Garments Manufacturing Company.
1) Key Account Manager(Category Manager, Buyer Manager) -
- Should have worked with any reputed brand and independently handling key accounts of large format stores
- Maintain a healthy business funnel for consistent performance for required product.
- Resolve key client issues and complaints with internal coordination.
- Market coverage with complete understanding of key account needs with upstream, downstream functioning & expertise.
- Provide Business Intelligence in terms of Market information, Competitor Information and other relevant details and reports on time to ensure right potential and opportunities in the market
- Ensure accurate business forecasting and adherence
- On time account receivables from assigned accounts
- Preference to candidates worked with any Large format stores, retail chain in seasonal or garment category (Category Manager, Buyer etc)
- Will be responsible for planning, strategising and achieving targets and growth in the stipulated timelines
- Will be responsible for growing existing business and on boarding new customers
- Should have knowledge of range planning, pricing, discounting etc
- Should have an in-depth knowledge of buying pattern of large format stores, finalisation of terms etc
- Develop, maintain and improve excellent relationship with assigned major key clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Min. 5 to 10 years of exp. in key accounts of large format stores.
Should be from Garment Industry
Candidate should have good communication skills and presentable
2) Senior Manager - Corporate /Institutional Sales
- Conceptualizing& implementing competitive strategies for Generating Sales, Developing and expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets of the region.
- Identifying Prospective corporate clients,
- Generating business from New Accounts & developing them to achieve profitability
- Meeting on daily basis with clients in Corporates in various departments like Marketing Team, Procurement Team, HR Team & Admin Departments
- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitch according to their specifications
- Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients
- Fulfillment of Sales Budget via New Sales acquisition
- Give business presentations to senior management team
- To map potential sectors
- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.
- Should have worked at a National level or team leader profile with a growth oriented proven track record
- Will be responsible for new business development in the corporate sector.
- Will be responsible for growing existing business and onboarding new customers
- Will be responsible for planning, strategising and achieving sales targets and growth in the stipulated timelines
- Should have knowledge of pricing, discounting, distributor schemes, cataloging, product listing etc
- Should have a good network of corporate gifting distributors/channel partners catering to specific corporate industry all over India
- Should be able to further develop down the line corporate/Institutional Sales team
- Need one candidate from Luggage industry/ Electronics industry with experience at Regional/Zonal level
- Need one candidate who has a good network in Logistics, Service industry, Security, Construction companies and has serviced them in corporate gifting
- Developing new ideas to achieve sales growth
- New client acquisition and work on leads
Desired Candidate Profile
Min. 5 to 10 years of exp. in corporate sales or institutional sales
Should be from Garment Industry
Candidate should have good communication skills and presentable
