Job description

-Catchment mapping, network planning & Market intelligence.
-Identifying and negotiating space for various formats of company.
-To work with legal team both internal and external for timely closure of documents on a time bound basis for new properties and documents bound for renewal.
-Sound understanding of legal terms frequently used while signing property contracts at various stages.
-Co-ordination with Store planning and builder architects for approval on store layouts and to ensure developer follow the concept approved by company’s planning department.
-Monitor construction progress of properties signed by us and are under fit outs.
-Regular update to management on construction progress and market development.
-Work closely with project department on timely execution of store fit-outs in budgeted costs.

Profile

  • MBA with minimum 5-6 years’ experience in Retail/Commercial Real estate/Shopping malls with good connect in Industry.
  • Excellent communication and analytics.
