Job description

Asst. Manager / Quality Manager / Quality Head - Garments Manufacturing Companyfor all new merchants.
Profile:- Asst. Manager / Quality Manager / Quality Head
Qualification:- Textile Degree
Experience:- 5 to 15 years in garments manufacturing as Quality
Roles and Responsibilities
- To co-ordinate with the merchandising department for quality norms for running styles & to achieve the required quality standard.
- Lead an establish quality assurance program through a paradigm shift to a continual quality improvement program in a manage care environment.
- Define a new department process for documenting and managing bugs
- Coordinate efforts between multiple teams to achieve product quality goals.
- Manage customer relations, specifications, and testing procedures for QA functions concerning client products.
- Provide oversight of products being produced complies with customer specifications and quality requirements.
- Identify areas of improvement / innovation to add value to customer on continuous basis
- Identify, implement and manage the development and preparation of key reliability metrics and analysis make available through local maintenance and engineering software programs.
- Work with all new teams and help train them & get up to speed regarding quality assurance practices and SOPs along with product knowledge.
- Facilitate, create and evangelize agile, scrum and lean processes and methodologies.
- Hold periodic status meetings with key stakeholders regarding the status of various quality assurance projects.
- Balance competing objectives across various quality and oversight activities.
- Develop reports covering data analysis and corrective action preventive action (CAPA) base on transaction monitoring.
- Review, author and execute the remediation plans
- Implement DMAIC approach to quality planning activities (management review).
- Co-ordination with Q.C inspection of buying house to get the inspection done at the time of Fittings , Initials, Inline, Midline & Final.
- Heading entire QA Team.
- Responsible for setting all processes related to quality, standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are to be followed in the plant.
- To carry out other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.Desired Candidate Profile Should be from Garment IndustryCandidate should have good communication skills and presentable
2) Quality Line Officer - Quality Control Experience - 1 to 5 years in Garments Quality Control
Job Responsibilities
- Garment Quality control as per the set parameters.
- Maintaining inter-departmental sync to facilitate Best services.
- Preparation of Shade cards, Accessory cards, Samples, Brochures etc.
- Primary aim was to check the finished garments as per the required parameters of the customers.
- Manage daily operations viz.Production, Quality control.
- Maintaining the charts of Quality control records for monthly analysis.
- Appointment of vendors for development of samples/products for mass production.
- Monthwise production and delivery schedules planning as per Buyer demands.
- Interacting with the Sampling, Production, Finishing, Packing departments for achievement of common goals .viz.design, qualities, and quantities as per Buyer requirement
