Job and Responsibility
- Operations, Sales, People, Plan, Budget, Time, Process, Inventory, Reports etc
- Reporting to Regional Manager regarding retail Operation, Reports and all Business related issues.
- Working on KPIS, NPS, CONVERSION, ABV, ASP, BQ, OFFERS, CATALOGUE, INVENTORY, etc.
- Planning, Forecasting, Inventory, Shrinkage Control, Budget Management, Process etc
- Managing Visual Merchandising for the Store and Proper Replenishments of stocks Daily.
- Making P&L A/c and Ebidta to take Control in Business properly month by month.
- 100 % focused on Business to achieve the Goal/Target of the Organization.
- Always Connected with Vendors for Stock availability, Agreement, Current Catalogue changes etc.
- Responsible for identifying and developing new franchisees for the business in Delhi / Delhi NCR Region.
- Explaining SIS to the prospective as per the Company Policy.
- Responsible for identifying suitable commercial retail properties for opening new retail stores across Delhi / Delhi NCR Region.
- Focusing On Visual Merchandising, Global Count, Sop , Customers Satisfaction, Trainings.
- Location & Catchment Analysis of probable New Store Locations & Negotiating, acquiring andfinalizing new properties.
- Making All Reports & Statement on daily basis.(Mis, product & Weekly review Business report etc.)
- Working on Sales, Business, Planning, Coordination, Sales, Team Productivity, Customer Service.
- Happy approvals on Petty expenses after checking all bills as per the process.
- Working on Customers Service, Weekly Review meetings with Managers +RO Team.
- Managing Marketing activities (ATL& BTL) and Institutional Tie-Ups for Delhi / Delhi NCR Region.
- Looking after Business Expansion, New SIS opening Set-up always as per the Plans by HO.
- Achieving, Budget, Zone targets, Footfalls, Institutional Orders with different Institutions.
- Complete Training to Team Members regarding their Job Profile, Team Planning etc.
- Believe in Results and Passion and I take work in a Challenging way to achieve Success.
- Looking after all the Purchasing Dept. also always connected with Allo+cators, Warehouse, and Finance Team & Ho team to get our job done.
- Working on all Sales & Service Payout issues Franchisee & Channel Partners
- Always thinking Out of Box to achieve Daily /Weekly /monthly Goals and Be No.1.
