Prior experience in managing end to end people experiences, conducting employee engagement activities and handling employee grievances preferred. Articulate and fluent communicator. Strong business and HR acumen, including analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Must be a proactive self-starter with a customer oriented approach. Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of relevant local and national labor laws, and statutory compliance desirable.

Profile
