Job description


The Primary Responsibility of this position is to provide business solutions for Retail Store Operations through the POS application by co-ordinating with solution partners and successfully implement.

Understanding Business needs along with business participations / conducting POC

To ensure steps are followed as part of new project implementations viz.

Preparing business requirements / SIT / UAT / Training and User manual documentations

Responsible for successful implementation and roll outs of new functionalities in POS.

To co-ordinate with third party vendors for seamless integrations with POS solutions.

To support existing team member in day to day issues on POS support from application end

Work towards stabilization of POS application.


Graduation / Post Graduation
Minimum Experience Level:
6 - 8 Years
