We are looking for dynamic sales person who will actively achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account /client penetration within an assigned territory or market segment by effectively selling the company's product.
Personally contacts and sources new business distributors area wise.
JOB TITLE - AREA SALES MANAGER /REGIONAL SALES MANAGER.
TYPE OF POSITION - FULL TIME

Responsibilities:-
* All the primary and secondary sales will be handled by the ASM
* Sole responsibility is to appoint new distributors in new areas and look after the team as well.
* Develop and manage sales strategic and plan to achieve business goals in modern trade channel
* Manage and handle day to day key account activities such as listing, promotion, branding and visibility
* Coordinate with distributor to align delivery operation and product listing.
* Must have knowledge and can prepare in Shopper Promotion plan.
* Must have experience in distribution Management field.
* Should have relevant contacts with Corporate/Modern Trade channel Key account.
* Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication, analytical, negotiation skills with a strategic mindset
* Market analysis through trade-contacts & research thereby understanding the potential of each category of Tea
Requirements:-
Minimum 5 - 10 years Sales & Marketing experience handling FMCG accounts, specifically HORECA customers and other institutional clients.
Strong experience with all aspects and dimensions of Food Service contracts, and understanding of the F&B Food service industry
Ability to deal at all levels from Head Chefs, Catering Managers and Purchasing Managers through to F&B Managers and Hotel Owners.
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, with a strong drive, ambition and self-initiative to meet and exceed targets
Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results
Strong ability to build an in depth understanding of the competitive landscape through customer discussions and field visits.
