Roles and Responsibilities:
The Area Sales Manager - Real Estate Portfolio Management, It a team management role , He/she will be responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies, marketing, training. The Prime role is to sell high end luxury residential and commercial projects. The role involves around to build and preserve trusting relationships with our premier customers.
We are seeking our next high impact leaders. The ideal candidate who is energized at the idea of managing people to reach their full potential and receives intrinsic rewards from investing in others.He/She has to supervise lower-level managers or a local office or branch within the company. You will be responsible for sales, marketing, training, disciplining lower-level managers and employees, as well as coaching and mentoring lower-level managers. As Area manager, you will create incentives for employees and evaluate your departments efficiency and productivity. Additionally, as the Area manager, you will collaborate with company executives to develop strategic plans for business growth based on short-term and long-term goals, communicate those goals to your team, and guide them to success.
In this key role, he/she will be developing and implementing process improvements to reduce operational costs and to improve efficiencies as well as providing leadership, guidance, and support for the sales team.
Doing site visits, creating a research report as per the need of clients and suggest clients the perfect project for their requirement. Create listing and sales checklists, and manage the team for goal accomplishment, Transaction Coordination, Mortgages. Excellent leadership, customer service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask, work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur. Ability to lead while working collaboratively and independently. Management ability with team members, clients, and vendors. Strong leadership qualities; ability to supervise, train and motivate staff. Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, WordPress and more. Some flexibility to work schedule, but must be able to work throughout of week.
Additionally, He or She will be responsible for following:-
- Can easily handle the team size approx. 5 to 10 people sales team.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations
- Provide leadership at all levels of the organization
- Communicate and embody the company vision and values.
- Define and implement policies and performance standards
- Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed
- Assess departmental and company performance and devise plans for improvement
- Manage profit and loss statements and account for costs and revenues
- Allocate budget resources for sales, equipment, marketing, and personnel
- MBA/PGDBM - Sales and Marketing will be preferred .
- Communication skills are key to increasing managements effectiveness with both superiors and subordinates.
- Leadership skills are pertinent to providing and seeking out continuing education opportunities and fostering a growth mindset.
- Time management skills are important in prioritizing tasks to ensure that projects are completed by deadlines and streamlining processes to maximize productivity
- Negotiation and mediation skills are necessary in finding opportunities to resolve conflicts efficiently and favorably
- Decision-making skills are key to weighing the costs and benefits of various options and determining the best course of action to achieve company goals
- Problem-solving skills are crucial to analyzing past and current performance and recommending objectives to improve productivity and profitability
- He / She will collaborate with company executives to develop strategic plans for business growth based on short-term and long-term goals, communicate those goals to your team, and guide them to success.
- Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers, and individuals of high net worth) to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
- Strong client focus including pre and post-sales services for long term wealth retention.
- Conducting market review/studies and analysing competitors activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base. Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication and selling skills.
- MBA / Post Graduation/Graduation in any discipline.
- Total experience of around 6-8 years with minimum 4-5 years experience in direct selling.
- Worked in a real estate or financial industry ie insurance, banking etc.
- Performed regular client meetings & site visits.
- Effectively closed client transactions directly i.e. a successful direct selling career.
- In-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying cycle.
- Awareness of government policies and bylaws, processes & transaction procedures.
- Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city.
- Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
- Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality - He has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company's positive image.
- He will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
- Report on sales activities to senior management.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Compiling and analysing sales figures.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
To succeed in this role, he/she should exceptional leadership qualities and be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect he/she to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Ultimately, have to maintain strong relationships with our clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.

Remuneration details: Fixed CTC of INR 7,00,000 LPA to 10,00,000 LPA plus Attractive incentives.
