1-Achieve Monthly Sales Target, increase OPPO market share
2-Team Management
3-DB and Stock Management
4-Dealer Management
5-Handling Both B2B and B2C Sales
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Good Communication and Negotiation Skills. Good at Tamil and English language
2. Be Proactive,Confidence,Good learning Ability.
3. Logical thinking and problem solving ability
4. Willing To take Responsibility, Have strong desire to be successful and pressure handling
Skills
5. Retailer Management experience more than 5Years, if have VIVO, Samsung Experience
Means More than 2Ys
