Position - Area Sales Manager
Job Location - Ahmedabad/Ludhiana/Gurgaon/Gorakhpur
Department - Retail Sales Business
Candidate should have experience in channel sales (Lighting & Fans).
Experience in sales with a successful track record maximizing new business development opportunities.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding distributors.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Ensure compliance with company's scheme policies and operational guidelines.
Manage Healthy ROI for Business Associates.
Ensure adequate availability of company products.
Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory.
Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales.
Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to sales head.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Allocating areas to sales representatives .
Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
