Job title: Area Sales Manager ASM
Reporting to: City Manager/City Head
Location: Thane / Ahmedabad
- Responsibilities & Duties:
- Managing relationship with priority clients.
- Approaching and selling online space to key accounts.
- Maintaining team performance. Manage a team of 8-10 members.
- Driving scale and growth through proper sales planning and precise execution.
- Data management to ensure 100% coverage in assigned city and tracking other key parameters.
- Ensuring client relationship management, negotiation & contract development.
- Managing client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to build Magic bricks PG as a flagship brand for property Services in the respective region.
- Ensuring service delivery and client retention.
- Providing market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives.
- Mapping of new projects and new builders in designated territories, acquisition of new projects and new builders to ensure coverage across designated territory.
- Relationship Management with existing clients to ensure 100% coverage of new PG projects launched by them.
- Responsible for key account relationship with key customers in the region.
- Excellent presentation and documenting skills.
- A team worker with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to make decisions under UN-predictable situation and think outside the box to make it simpler.

Position Type : Full Time
- Salary Range: Fixed CTC + Petrol Conveyance + Incentives.
- Qualification / Education and other Requirements:
- Education- Any UG/ PG With 2-5 yr experience in Strategic Sales / Institutional Sales.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication.
- Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
- Decision making skills.
- Language required: English (Mandatory) + Local language.
- Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
- Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
- Comfortable with working 6 days a week.
