Job description

Interview and assess job candidates.

New Employee Orientations.

Manage compensation and benefits plans.

Oversee employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks.

Onboard new hires.

Organize employee records, like contracts, paying special attention to work permits and visas
Implement employee retention programs (like end-of-season bonuses).

Coordinate accommodation, catering and transport for our staff when necessary.

Schedule trainings for all hotel employees (for example, customer service skills training).

Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues.

Should have handled payroll management (processing, reimbursements, investments, income-tax etc) operations for at least 200+ employees.

Should have exposure to statutory compliance (PF, Gratuity, Profession Tax etc) submission and query handling.

Good relationship with government departments (PF, income-tax, labour etc).

Knowledge and experience in labour compliances (returns filing, vendor audit, notice handling etc)

Monthly payroll processing.

Remit statutory payments including PF , ESI , Gratuity , PT and TDS and file required returns.

Track , classify , file all receipts , vouchers Manage periodic legal compliance Handle employee exit formalities.

Manage Office administration including employee assets and inventory tracking.
Required Candidate profile2 - 4 years of relevant work experience

Graduate /Post Graduates or any equivalent accounting degree

Prior experience with trust / society accounting would be an advantage Knowledge , Skills and Abilities:

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Good working knowledge in MS office packages including excel

Resourceful , responsible and self starting
