As a Senior Engineer at TJX, you will be part of Enterprise Information Management team and deliver products for one or more Data analytics product teams. Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and implement data management solutions, including unit, integration, and functional tests, and thorough documentation. · Develop scalable data pipelines to improve data management and analytics/reporting, making processes faster, more insightful, and more efficient. · Build new data integrations, including APIs, to handle increasing data volume and complexity. · Implement scalable solutions that align with data governance standards and architectural standards for data integrations, storage, reporting, and analytics. · Perform data analysis to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. · Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with different teams within the organization to drive results. · Partner with key stakeholders and IT leaders to deliver solutions that meet business needs. What You will Need (Minimum Qualifications) · Over five years of engineering experience working on Databricks solutions using Azure platform. · 3+ programming and scripting in PySpark / Spark SQL jobs for batch and streaming data ingestion · 3+ of experience creating test plans, strategies, test cases, and test scripts for data systems. · Experience in Implementing Delta Lake Architecture · Experience in workflows using Databricks Jobs and integrated with Azure DevOps for CI/CD with GitHub · Experience working in Agile and Scrum frameworks · Experience working in azure functions Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. · Experience in building enterprise analytics solutions and leveraging Azure cloud architecture. · Experience in ADF is a plus · Programming and data stream in Kafka or similar technologies is a plus · Exposure to Retail domain is a plus Come Discover Different at TJX. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 12 years of experience in IT. 7+ years of experience in software engineering or deployment, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams. Experience managing a global function in a complex, multi-national corporate setting with geographically dispersed teams. Proven experience in technology roadmap planning, strategic alignment, and stakeholder engagement. Strong understanding of Oracle Xstore POS, including deployment tools such as Service Now, Xadmin, SCCM and Control-M. Experience with Oracle Database, including SQL scripting, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Retail store environment and systems like POS, Payments, Workforce Planning, Time entry and Payroll. Demonstrated success in leading deployment initiatives across large-scale retail environments. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. As a Staff Engineer, you will be instrumental in implementing and supporting SOTI MobiControl for various Honeywell Android hardware and HP thin clients across multiple environments and use cases. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient MDM solutions that support TJX's evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Develop new features and services that are medium-high level of complexity working with the product/platform/infrastructure/security team. Design, code, test, deploy & support working software /technology component, working collaboratively with architects and other engineers. Build systems and services that have immediate impact for our business. Create Threat Model, Architecture, Estimates, Design, Code, COTS configuration for the required business feature. Configure and manage SOTI MobiControl environments to support diverse TJX use cases. Provide expert-level support for Honeywell and Zebra mobile devices, including configuration commands. Develop and maintain PowerShell and/or Python scripts to enhance and automate TJX's custom staging tools. Create comprehensive device staging procedures and user documentation to support deployment and training. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of mobile printer solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile connectivity, configuration, and performance. Contribute to the continuous improvement of MDM practices and standards within the organization. What You will Need (Minimum Qualifications) Proven experience with SOTI MobiControl, including configuration and management in enterprise environments. In-depth knowledge of various Honeywell Android hardware and HP thin clients. Strong PowerShell and Python scripting skills for automation and tool development. Experience creating technical documentation and user guides. Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with enterprise MDM platforms and mobile device lifecycle management. Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools. Key Responsibilities: Ability to understand the functional and technical design architecture implemented in Datalake on Snowflake Ability to lead team of ETL developers and guide them on business / Functional requirement and help in technical area Extract, transform and load from various sources system to snowflake using a combination of Talend, Azure Data factory, Snowflake, Data Lake Analytics, Data ingestion to one or more Azure services Collaborate effectively within Data Technology teams, Business Information teams to design and build optimized data flows from source to Data visualization Develop and deploy performance optimization methodologies Strong in drafting functional and technical documentation Support the Solutioning team from architectural design , testing and implementation Design and architect end-to-end data engineering pipelines, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability Develop and maintain data integration processes, including ETL/ELT workflows and data ingestion pipelines Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance the data architecture and engineering capabilities Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies, including data privacy regulations Be a part of data modernization projects providing direction on matters of overall design and technical direction, acts as the primary driver toward establishing guidelines and approaches Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences What You will Need (Minimum Qualifications): At least 5 years in-depth, data engineering experience and execution of ETL (Talend) data pipelines, scripting and SQL queries A minimum of 2 years of experience in building enterprise level solution on Azure cloud environment with Azure Function, Azure Databricks, Azure Event Hub, Azure Event Grid, Azure data lake, Azure Data factory A minimum of 1 year of experience on hands-on coding in python and/or pyspark on Azure Databricks environment 3 years of experience working in Agile and Scrum frameworks Extensive knowledge of Data warehousing and ability to understand star schema Work experience in relational database and hands-on on writing SQL queries, stored procedure extensively Highly proficient in Data analysis - analysing SQL, Python scripts, ETL/ELT transformation scripts Implement CI/CD pipelines for application deployment using Azure DevOps Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Talend (4+ years) for implementing large scale Data Engineering projects Experience in Data Engineering and DevOps knowledge Experience in programming languages like SQL, Python / Pyspark, Shell Scripting and Scala.
