    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Company Secretary plays a critical role in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Sign financial statements and official documents in the capacity of a Company Secretary (CS);Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable laws;Serve as the designated person for disclosure of beneficial interest in the company’s shares;Affix Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) to the company’s Annual Return;Manage timely and accurate filings on relevant government portals;Monitor and meet all regulatory deadlines and maintain up-to-date records and documentation.PROFILE Qualified Company Secretary with membership from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) – mandatory.Have a natural business mindset and an entrepreneurial spiritProven experience handling filings and compliance using Indian government portals.Excellent written, oral & listening skills, in English and local languageSelf-driven, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.Saint Laurent is committed to building a diverse workforce.
