Support CCTV/Security Systems/Door Access Systems Support Voice Network/Telephony System Staff commencement & separation: Prepare workstation, set-up laptop, office phone, IT related equipment, create email address, coordinate with WS Singapore/ US to issue user ID for newly joined colleagues to access into WS system for their work (depends on newly recruited positions). Distribute office access card (if any), office equipment and collect back staff's signature on custody of company property (Asset Ownership Form). Set-up email auto-reply or auto forward, extract private phone calls for final payment preparation. Update monthly list of office portable assets as per staff custody of company property. Be responsible for Office tools & equipment's fixing, repairing (in coordination with suppliers, agents, etc). Update repair log for IT Hardware. Coordinate with AP Accountant for annual fixed asset count, update of fixed asset register, office tool list. JOB HOLDER'S COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE: Degree, Polytechnic or Advance Polytechnic (or equivalent) Information Technology or related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing all IT functions in a satellite / branch office environment. Basic troubleshooting knowledge in supporting Windows 10/11 operating system, Microsoft Office 365 products, Apple devices and Mac OS environments. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Competency in handing IT issues raised by users; and following up accordingly to closure. Familiar with enforcing corporate policies. Strong knowledge of internet security and data governance. Experience in network management with understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration and help desk support; Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation; Thorough knowledge of information technology, computer systems, applications, and networking; Experience with designing and setting up IT infrastructure in new office space is a plus; Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
