Job description

Urgent Opening for Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager for a leading Furniture Industry.

Experience Required: 2- 8 Years
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should be from Furniture / Fixtures / Fittings/Retail / Retail Store/Textiles / Garments / Fabrics/Architecture / Interior Designing / Furnishing/Gems / Jewelry

Responsibilities:

1.Managing the Operations with respect to billings, interaction with stockists and Transporters.
2.Ensure that sold and team targets are met as per the assigned annual targets.
3.Responsible to monitor, coordinate and ensure in-time deliveries across all the locations.
4.Need to monitor product and stock inventory and stock movement.
5.Inventory - Management of Inventory as per GDP (good distribution practices) storage, operation handling and report to the store manager and other management members.
6.Day-to-Day Operations - Adherence to policies for operational functions. Collection, Credit policies, Expiry & settlements Perform check on daily transactions of cheques, outstanding transactions and cash payments.
7.Ongoing coaching and mentoring to the team members.
8.Responsible to ensure all the deliveries happen on time.
9.Need to monitor the performance metrics of each of the staff to ensure high productivity.
10.To ensure the optimum utilisation of the fleet; responsible to ensure that the depot operates to maximum profitability.
11.To share timely reports with the management without any delay.
12.To optimise company resources to cover all deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
13.Responsible for the welfare and safety of all personnel, both office and operatives and for all Health and Safety implications within the depot.14.To take into account the full Health & Safety implications of all sites visited.
