Urgently hiring for Spa Manager / Assistant Spa Manager / Guest Relations Manager - Jim Corbett ,Nainital,Rishikesh and Jaipur

Experience:2 to 5 years
Qualification:Graduate / MBA / Diploma in hotel management / Sales & Marketing / Hospitality experience

Job Responsibilities:
The Spa Manager / Assistant Spa Manager / Guest Relations Manager will manage the team and operations at a spa unit and develop the spa business through active sales with focus on the below:

Sales & Marketing
Work closely with the Cluster Manager to help plan, execute and monitor relevant sales promotions to achieve revenue & business objectives
Appropriate planning to ensure that daily & monthly sales goals are achieved
Focus on developing wellness memberships and achieving related sales targets

Quality Assurance
Display high level of business performance orientation to ensure quality service delivery to customer through strict implementation and monitoring of SOPs
Responsible for ensuring appropriate material & inventory consumption
Develop understanding of and deliver superior guest experiences at the wellness facility

Team Management
Mentor the team and strengthen them to achieve their overall revenue and sales targets and deliver superior guest experiences

MIS & Reporting
Ensure appropriate MIS reporting is done in a timely manner

Profile

Honest and sincere candidates with exceptional guest engagement and selling skills. Experience in hospitality is an added benefit. Should have handled sales targets.Should have preferably managed a team.
