Execute the walk-in process for the showroom.
Provide an exceptional, engaging, and value-added showroom sales consultation process while building rapport and understanding.
Execute a seamless retail handoff and positive customer experience between showroom visit and product installation.
Partner with the Showroom Manager to ensure consistent high quality service and follow-up, incorporating feedback and taking initiative in developing ongoing product knowledge.
Support promotional showroom activity/events and overall operations.
Maintain positive long-term customer relationships; follow up with clients encouraging additional referral leads and repeat business.
