The Managing Director Mr. Kishore Jain started his own jewellery business at Nellore in 1976 and then moved on to Chennai to tap the potential retail market. The top management at Khazana consists of highly qualified industry professionals who have previously served in prestigious organizations such as Reliance Retail, Titan Industries, Tanishq, Landmark and Karvy.
Having a diverse workforce of more than 2300 who are skilled in unique ways, Khazana makes a yearly turnover of 5000 crore. The organization is process oriented and emphasizes on standard procedures and policies.
Our First Retail Outlet came up at Cathedral Road, Chennai which still remains as our Flagship Store. And ever since Khazana has grown exponentially in terms of customer base and number of retail outlets. The brand presently has 50 outlets across India and 3 outlets in Middle East to its name and is prominent in states like Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Delhi and Pondicherry. In Andhra Pradesh, we are one of the market leaders.

Khazana Jewellery is seeking prospective Showroom Managers for our showrooms.
*Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience ( Retail)
*Age: around 32 years (Male candidate only)
*Effective communication skills (Verbal & Written)
*Ability to drive & inspire
*Good interpersonal skills
Purpose of role:
To manage existing showroom and identify venues for increase in sales, people management, product and VM management.
Business Development Functions:
Ensure conversion of walk-ins and achieve the targets set.
Growth in stock turnover ratio of the showroom.
Devising and following Policies and Procedures.
Effective stock management
Responsible for cost optimization in showroom operations and ensuring that showroom is functioning in an efficient and effective manner.
