ening for a leading Matteress Manufacturing Company (COCO store)
Designation - Sales Executive - Female
Experience:- 1-2 years(Retail/Mall/Home Product)
Qualification:- 10+2 & Any Graduate
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Store erations day to day operations, Floor display in order, cleanliness & hygiene to be maintained by supervising the House keeping staff, customer handling , Inventory control, sales & marketing , etc.
2. Manpower -Attendance, rostering of the staff, ensuring discipline in terms of punctuality & dress code , personal hygiene etc.
3. Cash -To ensure cash is deposited on daily basis in the pre- designated bank & retain the receipts for card / Debit card slips to be retained for reco.
4. Inventory of the Stocks & Non saleable merchandise to be maintained in the store log book &weekly stock take to be done.
5. Indenting of stocks on daily basis & customer home delivery to be ensured as per norms.
6. Store Log Book to be maintained with details as under :
a. Store ening & closing procedure to be followed
b. Keys to the store & cash box to be kept in possession, on week off days to designate the cashier to do the same.
c. Inventory / stock take on weekly basis to be maintained both for saleable & non- saleable merchandise.
d. Housekeeping checklist to be prepared for daily chores to ensure cleanliness & hygiene of the store.
e. Customer Feedback to be maintained updated on daily basis.
f. Display stands & product talkers & other props(non-saleable decorative) count to be maintained.
g. Any income generated vide disposal of plastic / corrugated waste etc to be maintained after finance approval for the sale.
h. Repeated expenses like water , Electricity, Coffee tea (for staff only) to be maintained & bills to be filed for the same.
i. Offers to be updated from time to time with details & duration.
7. Sales Report to be sent to seniors on daily basis before the store close time as per the format.
8. Customer feedback to be shared with seniors from time to time.
9. Marketing initiatives to be supported with ground level actionables both in & outside the store.
10. Customer delivery & measurements to be strictly actioned as per the resources available.
11. Sales targets to be achieved that may be given from time to time.
