Plan and drives the sales across the region to achieve set target in terms of volume and turn over.
Achieves the Regions revenue and profitability quotas for our products as they are sold into all customer segments within Region.
Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
To appoint, monitor and motivate the sales personnel and drive the team to achieve the target.
To appoint, monitor and manage business associates such RS/CFA/SS etc
To ensure smooth inventory management
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations
Analyze the region being handled and identify potential markets to enhance the sales and distribution network
To implement successfully all plans and strategies of the company
To develop strong sales & distribution network in East India
