Ensure achievement of primary & secondary sales targets through dealers and distributors.
2)
Ensure that the current outlet base is serviced optimally in terms of no. of visits in a month and presentation of sample kits track and monitor the same.
3)
Ramp up availability of secondary brands by benchmarking with current distribution of primary brands & competitor brands.
4)
Ensure a healthy mix of Sunglasses and Frames business from the state.
5)
Plan and organize sales events and road shows in the state to drive order booking.
6)
Expansion of distribution to New Outlets and New towns (very important).
7)
Strengthen company presence and relationship with all key dealers in the state.
8)
Continuously review and analyze brand performance in the state/ area, and suggest corrective actions.
9)
Recommend trade and market development plans in the state like setting up Priority stores, Exclusive brand outlets, etc., to create the best brand experience for shoppers in the market.
10)
Ensure Best in Class execution of brand activation plans in the market through the team of TSO/ TSMs.
11)
Ensure proper implementation of company schemes and promotional spends in the market through the team of TSOs/ TSMs.
12)
Ensure good commercial and business hygiene with trade partners maintaining a healthy inventory, avoid ageing of stocks, address warranty returns, etc.,
13)
Monitor distributor ROI on a regular basis.
