Responsible for the development of the Annual Marketing Strategy, and assessing performance of the strategy on a monthly basis.
Responsibility for the successful delivery of the marketing plan.
Liaise with all new clients visiting office and ensuring they are directed to right department after contract signing.
Generate new leads and convert business from new and current clients.
Research architects, developers who are into luxury properties, and interior designers for furniture and furnishings tie up with their projects.
Research upcoming luxury residential property, corporate business centre, hotels for potential business opportunities and inviting them for meetings with the MD.
Communicate with the team head on regular basis regarding sales, customer services and productive communication.
Good analytical skills with ability to come out with solutions that meet with customer needs. Plan coherent strategies for successful business development.
Excellent communication skills with ability to present information and respond to client queries.
Delivery of communications programmes to increase brand awareness.
Regular and meaningful reporting on the success of the marketing initiatives.
Undertaken Input into both tactical and long-term strategic marketing plans.
Monitoring of the markets and alerting senior management of upcoming changes and/or trends and making recommendations on how marketing activity can be adapted to maximise new opportunities.
Generation of fresh content for company websites, blogs & email marketing.
Generation of new ideas and initiatives.
Input into marketing budgets.
Manage internal and external resources to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to agreed budget.
Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, partners and suppliers.
To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to customers and to increase the client base.
Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients.
Have extensive knowledge of competitor and what business is into the specific product category.
Ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame.
Get tender invites for larger scale projects, liaise/lobby with decision makers to increase chances of closing tenders
Development of all marketing collaterals
Identifying markets to expand into, trying to find franchisees partners for sale of Furniture Franchisees
Identifying Trade Shows, and events to participate in- spearhead the entire participation of events and trade shows.
Handle Social Media, Print Media, PR, and other advertising formats for larger visibility of the brand.
