Job description

Key Account Management: Analyze past data to determine key accounts. Monitor the business from accounts. To drive projected revenue for the hotel . Achieve better market and maintain transparency of data with client in terms of numbers achieved. To ensure that the clients requirements are met with and business banked.
Capturing VOC & Knowledge Management: Meet clients regularly for feedback, update the same on SFA / CFS.Share importanat feedback with relevant teams. Understand the client business needs, keep track of competition activities in market. Keep client updated with upcoming offerings
Business Development: Conduct regular blitzes. Generate leads for conferences, office spaces, etc. Visit accounts that need to be converted where they use only competition. Network with Global teams across the country for a better understanding of potential business to increase market share and identify new avenues of business
Contracting: Negotiate with decision makers and arrive at rates for locally sourced business. Draft contract letters for local accounts.
Bill & Credit: Ensure that appropriate advances have been taken for business booked. To liaison with the credits/accounts dept for accounts who have more than 60 days outstanding. To ensure that no amount billed is disputed, if it is then to settle the same between client and hotel.
SFA Updation & Sales Review: Pool various reports to be shared with team and supervisor. Update and review the Quarterly action plans with Executives and Supervisor. Review business at half yearly,and develop an action plan if required. To ensure that all data on SFA is updated and is accessed by all relevant people.
