Job description

1. He has to train the BDO's under him on how to approach the retailers and how to introduce our products to them. Also ASM has to train them to techniques as to how they get success in placing goods at good retail outlets
2. Required to prescribe and monitor all activity of BDOs. How many days required in retail and how many retailers to cover each day
3. Should be well aware of the geography of the areas covered by him. So it is required that he visits all the areas under him and he knows about all the potential markets in that areas
4. Should guide all the markets to the BDOs'
5. Should train BDOs' also to find suitable opportunities for branding at all retail stores
6. He has to take initiative and find various ways to do branding all retail stores through BDOs
7. Should also monitor timely payments of all the distributors in his area
8. Should train all distributors to place the orders through distributors app
9. Should monitor all activity practically as well as by computer based sales application subscribed by the management for sales activity
10. Should be connected to HR-Sales Co-ordinator for informing and justifying all retail activity done by the BDOs
11. Should visit all his areas regularly and get the required amount of sales performance from his areas
12. Should do all such activities that is required to improve sales in his areas and achieve his targets
13. Also required to be in constant touch with his respective RSM and he should keep him updated and take necessary instructions to improve sales effectiveness
14. Needs to resolve all distributor complains and feedback in appropriate manner


Candidates will be preferable from Footwear Industries only.
