Job description

Roles & Responsibilities of ASM

Achievement of Primary & secondary Sales Targets as per budget

Market Visit
Daily follow up with S.O. over phone & SMS
Conduct weekly review on Visit
Trouble shooting at RDS and Retail level Ensure Proper working of Sales Officers/TSL's
Ensure all job responsibilies are being carried out
Training & development
Appraisal recommendation
Joint working at premium retail & W/S counters Infrastructure development
Assist RSM in infrastructure planning
Ensure execution of the plan with the help of S.O.
Recommendation of Change/Appointment/Removal of RDS
Selection & Shortlisting of new RDS with approval of Sr. Manager Compliance/implementation of company policies, systems an working norms
Timely completion & submission of defined report on daily/weekly basis Reporting & Review
Ensuring timely submission of accurate S.O. reports
Conduct weekly review on Territory
Monthly review of all SO reports to RSM/ASM Maintenance of Market Hygiene
Restrict retail & whole sale coverage
Stock Rotation
Prevent oversharging, under cutting & dumping Claim Management & Approval
Ensure timely generation of claims by SO
Inspection of claims at RDS, destruction and approval as per authorization, if any.
Ensure that damaged product claims are minimized Plannig & execution of Marketing Activities
Preperation of Launch Plan for Territory to ensure proper execution involving stock checks & support of SO
Ensure collection are obtained timely
Ensure that there is NO manipulation of schemes etc. at SO/RDS level
To give next month projections product wise/RDS wise/TSI wise Competetion Tracking
Submission on Monthly Rests Market Feedback & Investigation
