Job description

As a dynamic Sales Manager in our -------- Division, you will be delivering rapid, profitable sales growth with their clients in the Southern region of India.
Highly organized, you will work with a diverse, cross functional team,take ownership of key customer accounts, and work with our Distributor network to reach smaller customers.
In this position you will:
Develop key accounts: Plan and deliver account activities (pro-active, re-active, and balancing of resources), and manage the project pipeline. opportunity to participate in fragrance briefs issued by your client accounts.
Penetrate smaller accounts: Work through our Distributor network to reach smaller customers, plan and deliv-er product collections that match their requirements.
Impact the bottom line: with an innate passion for sales, you can leverage your brand and industry knowledge to develop and win new business while driving profitability.
Grow business with winning relationships:You coordinate with internal teams (Development, Marketing, CMI, Ap-plication & Technology, Supply Chain) to ensure all deadlines are met while consistently delivering quality and exceeding client expectations. Cultivate client relationships with key decision makers, positioning Client as preferred supplier. Coordinate/manage internal resources in support of client needs and priorities

Profile

A university degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience in B2B or B2C business environment with an expo-sure to detergent segment
A proven passion for customer-focused, results-driven sales.
Being attuned to the market, able to spot trends and customers needs, turn them into business opportunity, and develop and convert to solid sales
An ability to manage multiple dossiers, while remaining attentive to every clients needs.
Experience in coordinating teams and meeting deadlines, and experience dealing with a Distributor network
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and work well in teams with diverse backgrounds.
Youre described as open-minded, enthusiastic and confident, with excellent communication and presentation skills
Good team player, who takes the initiative.
Fluency in the local language would be an added advantage
