Job description

Purpose:To handle the retail operations of active franchisee stores (all brands) of Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh and Vidarbha. Currently there are 39 stores & will end the year with 50 stores (approx)
The key Responsibilities are:- To increase the revenue of the region through an enhanced focus on superior customer experience & excellence in retail- To drive L2L business growth by focusing on store/staff KPIs- To improve capital productivity by ensuring returns on investment to the business partners - To set a regional business management process by effectively handling MRMs, driving & following training calendar, identifying the development need of staffs & by ensuring platform for customer engagement - Effective merchandise planning by making a store level buy plan & setting norms & setting norms - Increase market share substantially
